The Healing Spa offers a variety of Asian and European massage therapies used to increase circulation, restore lost energy, tone muscles, promote relaxation and balance for body and mind. Massage is available in sixty and ninety minute sessions.

Swedish - A relaxing, traditional technique that uses light to medium pressure, long kneading strokes. $65 / 60min.

Sports - Designed for the physically active who have pushed their body to the limit and seek relief from muscle soreness and fatigue, this technique focuses on specific muscle groups that have become tight and sore. $75 / 60min.

Deep Tissue - Focusing on deep muscle tissue, this technique uses slow strokes 

and deep finger pressure to release chronic muscle tension. $75 / 60min.

Acupressure - A finger-pressure massage which balances the body's vital life energy. $75 / 60min.

Combination - This massage combines strong pressure on specific muscle groups along with light, gentle pressure for pure relaxation. $75 / 60min.

Hot Stone  - Heated, smooth basalt stones are applied to the body, along with your favorite essential oil for a relaxing, deep heat therapy. Stone treatment is known to benefit clients with chronic pain and severe injury (see testimonials). $75 / 60min.
